Terms of Use

Conduit is a mobile and tablet client for driving coding agents on a development machine you control. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.

The app

• Conduit does not sell or resell Claude, Codex, or any AI service. The agents are command-line tools you install and run on your own hardware under your own accounts, billed entirely outside this app.
• You are responsible for the machines you pair with and for anything the agents you run do on them.
• The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Conduit Plus

• Free tier — the core app is free: one paired box, two concurrent sessions, two automations, the default theme and icon.
• Plus subscription — an optional auto-renewable monthly subscription (currently US$2.99/month) removes those limits and unlocks themes, chat fonts, and alternate app icons. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
• Lifetime unlock — a one-time purchase (currently US$29.99) granting the same features permanently, no renewal.
• Purchases can be restored on a new device with Restore Purchases in the app. Nothing you created while subscribed is deleted if a subscription lapses — creating new items beyond the free limits simply requires Plus again.
• Where these terms are silent, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
